Our structured 10-week term program ensures children experience a diverse range of sports while developing fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and resilience. The program is designed to introduce each sport individually, followed by a multi-sport challenge and concluding with an immersive martial arts focus to build discipline, coordination, and confidence.

Skill Demonstration & Belt Test

  • Children will showcase the stances, movements, and techniques learned in Weeks 8 & 9.

  • A structured mini-test will assess their ability to execute basic martial arts skills with confidence and control.

  • Emphasis on respect, discipline, and perseverance—key values instilled throughout the program.

 

Board Breaking Challenge

​

  • A fun and empowering board-breaking activity (using lightweight, age-appropriate breakable boards).

  • Builds self-belief and determination, showing children they can achieve their goals through focus and effort.

  • Reinforces resilience and the mindset of overcoming challenges—both physically and mentally.

 

Belt Presentation Ceremony

​

  • All children receive a beginner belt (symbolizing progress) and a certificate of achievement.

  • Parents/carers are welcome to watch and celebrate their child's hard work.
